Introduction

The Cocoa Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is updating its Community Redevelopment Plan and wants your input! Since 1981, the CRA has worked on projects to improve the area, which stretches from Mitchell Street in the north to Rosa L. Jones Drive in the south, and between the Florida East Coast Railroad and the Indian River. The Historic Cocoa Village Main Street District, alongside the forthcoming Brightline station and the strategically situated Cocoa CRA, presents a prime opportunity for development and growth. Your feedback is needed to ensure the 2025 Plan update reflects the community’s vision and helps improve the quality of life for everyone.
